Backpack Making Workshop
Our backpack has enjoyed years of unbroken popularity, but we felt it was time for an update. So we've created the perfect urban backpack for you to carry on your shoulders or even in your hand, and be your favourite accessory on your travels.
The bag measures 29 x 22 x 10 cm and can be adjusted with the side snaps. The flap closes with a magnetic closure or a carabiner.
The inside of the backpack is a combination of lining leather and textile, making it easy to clean and it also has an internal pocket.
ABOUT THE DESIGN:
At the beginning of the workshop, we will discuss the main features of the chosen bag, the different formal solutions and the gripper variations. This is followed by a description of dozens of decorative technologies and raw materials (origin, tanning methods, leather processing technologies, coloring, etc.).
You can vary these technologies later with our collection of about 100 different colors and patterns of leather. (It’s important to us to work with real leather and not plastic and all raw materials come from ethical sources.)
Metal accessories, chains and signs are also available in a wide range of colors, and you can even place a custom label or monogram on your bag.
We consult with each person individually about the design, we help to combine the raw materials and decoration methods, so that the end result is a high-quality, handcrafted product.
ABOUT THE COURSE:
Then we learn the right cutting technique and then you can start designing.
You do the process of making and assembling the bag all the way through, and sewing is our job in the end.
